I am continually asked what it takes to 'move up' in TAW. My first reply is typically don't ask...do. I found this piece today while doing my Sunday morning readings and thought it useful.
nice guide, but keep in mind to not step on too many toes on your way up :P
If you ask me, best way to climb the rank is to support the team by sharing the responsibilities and workload. Then it's a natural thing....
Being leader without actually sharing workload or responsibilities is leadership on paper. Doing this can be done even if you are not leader, but want to contribute, which is best part of being part of community.
In my short time here I find that the only thing holding you back, is yourself. If you have ideas or ways you think improvements can be made, pull your CoC aside and make it known. Ambition plays a huge role in every aspect of your life. If you want to get somewhere you have to make that leap.
