A care free attitude to the point of responsibility, fun outgoing, yet when needed as a rolemodel / place of responsiblity is there without question.
Accomplished
highly skilled; expert,And having all the social graces, manners, and other attainments of polite society.
Attention!

Attitude
The key to leadership is having the right attitude. Keeping in mind that a leader is there to serve and not for personal gain.
Acceptance
Things don't always go as planned, you've just got to realise it and try to work around upcomming problems. Accept what isn't or is working and try to make the best of it. Sittting there, doing notting is not what a leader does, he steps up!
allegiance
a leader should always respect his allies, no matter if you are playing on you own or with others, you are representing TAW! and should play accordingly!
Aware
Aware that things do not always go as planned. A Leader is aware they not your "pal" but your "boss". Finally, a Leader should maintain awareness of the battlefield.
Assertive
Standing up for oneself in such a way that does not violate the basic rights of other people. It is a direct, honest, and appropriate expression of one ’s feelings and opinions.
