You are invited to TAW University!
All TAW members are welcome to this interactive presentation titled "Guidance." It focuses on how leaders (present and future) can create a culture of open, effective communication. The most recent TAW U topic was on dealing with drama. Guidance is partly a way for leaders to avoid the possibility of drama occurring. We will also look at the positive parts of guidance, and we'll also explore some good ways to think things over before you start a conversation with the member you're involved with.
The fast-paced session will last 30 minutes, with time for questions and discussion for anyone who wants to hang out longer. Oh, and everyone who attends will receive the TAW U "Guidance" tab for their dossier!
WHEN: Sunday, 30 September. 21:15 CET/ 20:15 GMT (due to TFO meeting)
WHERE: TAW University channel of TAW Teamspeak
WHO: Lead by tazmanian
just for clarification: is the UTC time actually meant as UTC or as GDT (Greenwhich Daylight Time - UTC+1)
i.e. just to make it clear, it's the following times in (hopefully) common timezones, isn't it?
1300 Pacific Daylight Time (USA, Canada)
2000 Universal Time Coordinated
2100 Greenwich Daylight Time (Dublin, Edinburgh, Lissabon, London)
2200 Central European Daylight Time (Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Wien)
PS: places for timezones taken from windows, so don't flame me for the choice of places
1500 Eastern = 3PM Eastern
2PM Central
1PM Mountain
12PM Pacific
Rly: Isnt this normal mandatory time? IE 21:00 for Amsterdam-Wien?
The university starts after the TFO meeting. It wil start at 21:15 CET/ 20:15 GMT
Enerccio: yeah, it got moved again - that's why I raised that question...
Great presentation today, good questions heard and very nice slides. Nice job Taz, can't wait for the next one!
Any chance this was recorded today?
I would really like to benefit from the teaching but could not make it.
