I think what makes UT3 a great game is the UT Community, not the developer,Epic. I have seen so much user content made, characters, game types and maps I am astounded.

Maps that are bright,light and almost whimsical. To dark,gritty and very goth. All gametypes recreated Dominaition, Bombing Run, Invation, Survival and Freezetag and Battle Freezetag Arena. We are lucky here at UT we have a Officer named Dmac that is making all the server stuff happen.

UT3 is still totally unreal!  Great FPS action, you needs tactics a strategy to win the game in team games, but Death match is still Deathmatch. UT3 is very true to the roots of UT99.
