Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a online, tactical shooter, the eleventh installment in the Tom Clancy franchise, and sequeal to Ghost Recon Wildlands.

 

The game puts players in control of Lieutenant Colonel Anthony 'Nomad' Perryman, a member of the U.S. Special Operations Forces. The game is set approximately six years after the events of Wildland, where your character is sent to investigate the fictional island chain of Aurora, owned by a billionaire entrepreneur, whose company Skell Technology, is producing drones for commercial and militaristic applications.

 

The game features a campaign playable in both single-player and co-op, with up to 3 other players. Thanks to a recent update, Players are now able to play alongside A.I teammates, while also utilizing robust customizable difficulty to customize their play experience, such as removing gear scores, risk of injuries, HUD settings and much more.

 

A raid, called Project Titan, is also featured in the game, allowing up to 4 players to gear up and test their tactical and communication skills, all while heading into a new territory. Ubisoft plans on releasing more raids in the future.

 

The game also features a multiplayer PvP mode, called Ghost War, where players go head to head in 4v4 matches, where tactical skill and teamwork take center stage. Weapons and skills you acquired in the main game will transfer to your PvP counterpart, and reflect upon your character's performance. The matches also feature maps with random times of day or weather conditions, adding an extra element to be aware of. Players get to choose between 4 different classes, depending on their play style, each with different loadouts and gear. Ghost War features 6 different maps, along with two game modes, Sabotage and Elimination.
