I can't find a forum in particular to this, but are we going to make a division? I liked playing PS1 and very much enjoyed being the underdog empire, no matter what empire it was at the time. I enjoy the challenge of working with a smaller group with tough odds, on a daily basis.
May I direct your attention to our Vanguard Division, zolop? It's a Division especially set up to start up new Divisions in TAW.
I was going to link you to a very informative entry on Vanguard on our wiki, but it turns out there isn't one unfortunately, so the link to their forum section will have to suffice.
But for a game to become part of TAW it generally just needs a few dedicated TAW members that want the game in TAW, who are willing to invest some time into getting it in and up and running.
Just keep your eyes open on the Vanguard forums, there should be a PS2 interest poll in the near future.
The most direct answer to your question is that a new division will be made, if there are enough TAW members willing to dedicate time to get it started.
And here is one, hopefully there are more.

Thank you for the information about the vanguard forums, I thought I could only see active vangaurd games, not ones that are being suggested, as I seemed to miss the area for that initially.
I wasn't really sold on this game till E3 this year. This game looks amazing. I love the fact that you can have unlimited tanks and air units. Genius! I cant wait for this!
Im waiting for this ever since i stopped playing Planetside 1. I really hope they dont screw this one up.

At the moment there are a few TAW members who have already shown willingness to invest the time and energy to successfully add this game to the TAW line-up.
We just needs some more info regarding when it's actually going to be playable before we can really start getting to work.
AFAIK: Higby has announced an external test slated for this week and after that, it will be opened for Planetside Vets and priority beta keys.
He also said that the beta access will happen in waves.

I have been following this game quite a bit, it is going to be epic. The size of the battles is going to be insane. With great leadership in place and hard working DI's this could become the largest TAW Division yet. I am interested to see how the game turns out none the less. I can't wait to get into the beta.
Being F2P would make it very easy and possible to have TAW wide events in P2 :D
So I haven't been able to find a definite answer... Is there going to be a Planetside TAW group? I'm in the beta right now. It's just as fun as it used to be. TR forever. :)
