My name is Kyle, in-game name Temper Maximus (reference to a 40k joke), 21-year-old college student. I just applied for the ArmA 2 division and figured it would be prudent to start becoming an active participant in this community, at least, even if I am not yet a member of it. It seems that this group is big for former, current, or aspiring members of real-life armed services, and I don't disappoint in that regard -- I'm a future U.S. sailor, intending to be Gunner's Mate but we'll see where the road takes me. I finally dusted off the copy of ArmA 2 I had sitting in my Steam library thanks to the Day Z mod, and after that got boring a few days in I joined one of the biggest co-op mission servers, which happened to be a TAW-operated one. While the amount of public players kind of diminished it, I found things like TAW members' coordination in CAS and recon impressive, and after a while of playing the game I knew that, to get the most out of ArmA, I'd need to join a good, dedicated group so that I wouldn't have to trust random people with my virtual life. Looked around at various groups, but TAW just stuck out and called me.

I look forward to meeting you all and playing some good milsim multiplayer with what seems to be one of the best groups at it.
