Hey, so i'm having a problem trying to update my Bios, im using the @bios utlity provided from aorus in the App centre, for some reason when I choose the bios version to update to, it keeps on showing failed to update bios after a 'read' section, just wondering why it would be failing? I know I can flash through the bios, but thought this was a safer way.

Try downloading the correct BIOS file manually and use the update from file tab.

In that case I would update through the BIOS, you have dual bios on the board so it SHOULD be fine even if the update goes wrong.

I would recommend flashing in the BIOS, not in Windows. GL!

Just a thought, but maybe you already have the lastest bio installed and you are trying to overwrite and it is not allowing you to do so.  You should be able to view the installed bios version when you enter the bios GUI. According to your OEM the latest Bios for your board (version 1) is F6c.

i9-9900k. It's a pretty recent build from November.

Which BIOS were you trying to update too? I see a F10 and an F11c. Are you trying to flash the beta BIOS? Also, did you try re downloading the file?

Just to check you are unzipping the file to your USB and selecting the .f10 file in qflash?
