Hi all!

I am writing here a post with the intention to share my feelings about the trainings, and maybe help to improve it for all.

First of all I want to say I have fun in there. Especially when people has fun also. We play together, we draw strategies, and we depend on each others. Having the opportunity to do that is already a great improvement in front of the usual random battles in WoT. I am happy for that.

I wanted to point out that the only negative point there is the usual long waiting times between and before games. I just hope we will get faster with time, but is also important to have it in mind, maybe.

Furthermore, I want to express my opinion that we should do more tank companies. Maybe one of the two weekly trainings, or once every two weeks, or an extra time, but, the point would be to register with our maximum tier tanks and set a time to train REAL battles with actually REAL unknown and professional enemies. I've seen every time we do tank companies and we loose, people gets pissed off and prefers to do platoons... but I don't think that is the way we are going to learn strategy. We need to face the worst enemies to learn how to beat them. I am also talking with the look on clan wars. So, I am not suggesting anything specific, and please don't take that as a critic. IT IS NOT. I just wanted to raise the point to organize team companies :)

Thanks for everything and see you in the battlefields!

Hey, thanks for the heads up! Though I am on the NA server, I understand one problem with TC's is that to be successful, a good team will have about 9 players, so some will sit out. Now, those could go and make another TC, but keep in mind, having a full team in TC is counterproductive. Also, lower tiers will not be as useful, typically you will want mostly max tiers for the TC, plus 2-3 max arty and maybe scouts.

As long as everyone understands this, things should be good.
