Last week I had an issue that I couldn't really do much in the meeting this week is going to be pretty much the same, as i'm only level 10, could i ask if a few people are willing to meet up on the EU dev server at some point and power level me ? i'm an asura level 10. other issue is that I havn't explored much of the asura area so would like help in that too if possiable.

Destroying an empire to win a war is no victory, Ending a battle to save an empire is no defate.
As far as I understand it, you can't really powerlevel in Guild Wars 2. Luckily, leveling also doesn't slow down to a crawl at higher levels, it keeps about the same rate. Best way to level up quickly: form parties with whomever is around you for hearts/events. this should up your drop rate (and xp?) and help you with getting money and crating materials.
Speaking of: leveling up 2 crafting skills should give you 20 full levels in the grand 1-80 leveling scheme, more if you use craft boosters. So try crafting out, it should speed up leveling considerably.
