Received the Extended Campaign Medal in the first Battle For Earth Campaign for the QK Team November 7th, 2007

Promoted to the rank of Captain December 11th, 2007

February 10th, 2008 QK Team launches from Vanguard and becomes the QW Division. Accepted the Division Commander position for the QW Division, promoted to Lieutenant Colonel

April 8th, 2008 AWARDED THE COMMANDER'S AWARD FOR EXEMPLARY ACTIONS BUILDING THE QUAKE WARS DIVISION. - FOX

Awarded the Distinquished Service Cross by LGN_SoonerOKC [CC ALC] -For Outstanding Service to his Division (QW) and TAW. Also promoted to the rank of Colonel.

July 27th, 2008 Accepted the position of Corp Commander of V Corps (QW, UT) Promoted to Brigadier General

Awarded the Leadership Medal for great work with the Quake Division on Sept 16, 2008 by SoonerOKC

Meritorious Service Award- Hook's leadership, drive and thinking out of the box with Quake Con and other ventures, again is greatly appreciated by Central Command. On Dec 21, 2008 by GEN_SoonerOKC [CC ALC]
