It's not just you. I thought I, too was growing cobwebs but no - it is indeed Teamspeak. Possibly the monkeys in the TS basement need to be given a few less drugs as "Intuitive" was left less as an afterthought and more of an EA "Sense of pride/accomplishment" view at discovering how it works.

I will add that Cannas has guided that while emails "being eaten" is a rare occurrence, any instances of this happening should be reported to Support so that they can chase down any gremlins. How we'll know they're eaten is entirely down for debate as I guess the first we'll know is when someone chases something we never received
