Battlefield 2
Arguably one of the top 20 games ever, TAW has now been playing this game for three years.Play as any of three main factions; USMC, MEC, and China, as well as others in modifications and booster packs. Fly in the modern F-35 aircraft, the russian MiG, drive the M1 Abrams, fly the Cobra, or even road-kill the in enemy in an HMMWV. Overpowered vehicles and aircraft gave life to Infantry Only mode which is the most played by us here at TAW.
Winner of 3 game of the year awards (2005) and two multiplayer game of the year (2005/2006), which "hardcore" gamer hasn't played this game?
Now just past it's 3 year anniversary Battlefield 2 players eagerly await the 1.50 patch. This may be an excuse to dust off the discs and reture to the front line.
Join the US Battlefield 2 battalion for twice weekly training, as well as frequent matches. Find friends, fun and teamwork unlike any other other battlefield experience.
All out action packed modern war. Battlefield 2.
Welcome to the Battlefield Division, the largest Division in TAW! What do we do?? How do we play?? What our goals?? Why should I join??
First off we are a large group of people who enjoy playing the First Person Shooters in the Battlefield Series. We enjoy working as a team as a infantry squad, in aircraft, or in armor. Solo’ing or just pubbing gets old rather quick and when you see a group work as a team and constantly be on the winning side is always impressive. While we are not in the “Top Echelon” as far as teams go, we enjoy having everyone where the skills range from the basic soldier to the advanced “Tournament” type of player. We work with people to make them better and also promote a sense of fair play. We do not allow in-game hacks or cheats to make the game easier and IF you or your account is flagged by punkbuster, you will be discharged if proof is given.
What are our goals?? Well goals are to have a place where you can come and enjoy fighting with someone in a squad/group. We also enjoy setting up scrims between other clans and participate in tournaments like TWL/Clanbase/ESL and hope to get into other tournaments in the future. Our scrims in the past range from 3 vs 3 all the way up to 32 vs 32 player scrims. This enables us to be very flexible and we can have some serious fun while playing.
Why should you join?? Ahhh… well we do not allow language over PG13 rating, we tend to act like adults and tend to not spend a lot of time talking trash, and we play as hard as we can and have no problems helping others. If this fits what your looking for, then this is the Clan for you.
We hope your time in the Battlefield Division is an enjoyable one and if you have any questions pertaining to the Battlefield Division please do not hesitate to e-mail me and I would be happy to answer them for you.
Respectfully,
COL TBone
Battlefield Division Commander
