TAW has over 30 positions across the entire organization, each with specific responsibilities for their unit. By working together as a team, TAW officers ensure the smooth operation of the entire organization. Each position has very specific duties that they are trained on when they accept a new position. Here is an example for the Commanding Officer or CO, the leader of a TAW battalion:
