If you get a message asking you to accept a certificate when attempting to do anything with our website, please CANCEL/DENY the request. If you accept, you will get a 403 error.
If you did accept the certificate, please start by clearing out all of your personal data (cache, cookies, etc) with no other browser windows open when doing so. If that doesn't work, manually find the certificate and remove it. Location of certificates varies per browser, but should be under settings and certificates.
