How do you get placed into a leadership role in TAW?

I am continually asked what it takes to 'move up' in TAW. My first reply is typically don't ask...do. I found this piece today while doing my Sunday morning readings and thought it useful.

[GFX] Give your opinion for TAW T-shirt project

Greetings to everyone,

This time GFX is looking for your opinion for new TAW T-shirt.

Read before submitting!

This is the project in progress. When you write your opinion, please state the reason behind it.

Conditions by Spreadshirt site (Read to understand design limits):

Design must not exceed 38 x 38 cm
Lines and other parts of the motif must, therefore, have a diameter of at least 1.5 mm and gaps between elements should be at least 1 mm.
Maximum 3 colors
Design should have a maximum of 2000 anchor points per color
All objects and text to be printed must be converted into paths.

We are looking for suggestions like:

Which 3 colors should be used? (T-shirt doesn't need to be in white)
What is your opinion on chosen front image?
Do you think that content of back needs to have more or less information? (If more, please write what should be added)
