Hello TAW family, As you are all aware Vanguard is a critical area in TAW that is here to help grow our community with new titles, new divisions, and new members to fill it's ranks. We do this so we can continue to have multiple choices of games to play, with like minded people. I know for me I have met many people along the way and made many friendships, and I encourage all of you to do the same. With this being said, Vanguard is current looking for a new member to join our team to help teach, guide and support these new games that are coming into TAW.
We are looking for a EU member based (time zone equivalent) that is passionate about helping to build and develop the skills needed once a team launches into Army. This individual will have a desire to teach, support and be available to step in when needed to help grow and build up a new unit. They will need to be flexible and supportive and able to interact with the awesome diversity we have here in TAW. As this will be a TFO position previous Battalion level experience would be an asset however considerations could be made if the right individual comes out, TAW U classes are a must and need to be achieved to the TFO level.

Hello everyone,
I would like to reach out and see if there is any interest out there in helping out one of our titles here in TAW that needs a fresh spin into it. Of course as this post is titled the game in question is Rainbow Six Siege. This title has been around TAW for many years now and has always been a favorite for many of you, however as titles age sometimes they need a new fresh take on them. If you or someone you know plays this game and has some interest in helping us breath some new life into it please reach out to me directly either in email, Discord or in person in TS. If this individual or individuals are found we will accept this game into Vanguard and work to build the team into what was once a thriving division.

We are excited to announce the release of COH3 and hope to see it here in TAW Army one day. I know over the past a few of you have reached out and expressed your interest in helping to build a team here and I am excited to hear from you again to see if that is still within your radar.
