i am going to wait if there going to be server support. i like the matchmatching how fast it connect you to the server.

I found a copy of SWBF2 that works on win 8 on ebay for $8
...just ordered it.
I have SWBF2 on steam if you ever want to play sometimes. Gamespy was shutdown recently but you can continue to play online with Gameranger.

Gamespy have shutdown there servers so no multiplayer on battlefront 2 at all dude which is a shame as that was my childhood, nothing like slinging rocks at stormtroopers on the moon of endor haha. An alternative for it is installing GameRanger(3rd Party Software) which tricks the servers into thinking its lan play which works on battlefront or some mumbo jumbo all I know is through GameRanger and the Dark side me and my friends can together rule the Galaxy.
