hey guys i am in need of a big help,its been 2 days now i been trying to log into heroes and generals from steam and the browser as well but nothing is working. i am stuck at where it says loading plugins and nothing goes after that here is a screen shot of what i get
and its just stuck like that,nothing happens and yes i tried both the browser and steam game and i tried to verify my files on steam. re-downloaded .re-installed restarted my game and laptop.tried to close the sync and open it or wait for it but nothing and even changed my router and i am using cable tried WiFi as well.and no its not my internet connection.but i have noticed that some of the files that get downloaded on the sync seem to fail don't think it downloads them and succeed after that as well.not sure though.and also i saw a post that some players had that problem before.and it might be a coincidence but this happened to me just after the last big maintenance on Tuesday this week. HEEEELLLLLPPPPPPP lol. hope u guys know anything about this and thanks in advance.

hey man try uninstalling it. and then reinstalling it. you could also back up the important things on your pc and then reset it to factory standerd which would definitely do the trick, goodluck man
I can not play through steam also nowadays and I submitted a ticket.
Only thing I can suggest is you down load the browser version at:
http://game.heroesandgenerals.com/
That allows me to play just fine.

hey recon i tried reinstalling but i will ry to get it to factory mode.and merc yea i tried that too and when downloading the files at first step it is able to download 7 of the 14 but the rest fail.no error it says but after download is finished and i try to start the game again the game still start downloading the rest 7 and keep that going when i try again.but i will try those again.

cant download the browser game like i said earlier,the 7 sync files fail everytime. and even in the steam version this r the files on the sync that fail to load or download.look at the sync failing both in the browser and steam version

might be gebrish there but thats what the problem is from what i see.those files r not getting synced after the last maintenance for some reason.and yes i tried disabling my antivirus and firewall for the game.still the same.maybe they will maintain this on the next maintenance.or i will be getting my new laptop this week and i will try on that too.fingers crossed.

Have you raised a help ticket with Reto?
The other thing you can do is restore your computer to an earlier point before the down load...but raise the help ticket first H&G customer support.

luckly the new small 15 mb update fixed my game.it was probable some error file not working well with my laptop after the last maintenance reto had.but its all working well now.hope not to see back anytime soon
I had the same issue natalino and the the tiny steam update has seemed to fix it
well, this has happened to me many times, usually I only need to restart the game, but in your case, i suggest you submit a ticket and ask Reto to help you
