Would we like to join forces in the name of charity?
In 2013 I streamed myself playing Sega Genesis games for 24 hours through https://www.extra-life.org and raised some money for a local charity.
Would we, as TAW, like to do something surrounding PUBG? It could also double as a recruitment drive! I plan to stream through Twitch (if I can get it to work) for 24 hours straight while keeping things fun and entertaining!
Additionally, if this is the wrong place to post this kind of idea, please take it down.
Helping kids is always a great thing to do, I myself recently did a Walk for Down Syndrome (my nephew has DS and his smile alone always brightens my day).
Nothing says members can't sign up as individuals for something like this, but I do not think we would be able to register it officially as "TAW" doing it, because we ourselves are considered a Non Profit Organization.
My best recommendation, discuss it with your Chain of Command. Someone along the way up should have the appropriate answer.
If you are registering solo for this, I wish you the best of luck. As a parent and someone who believes in helping kids where I can, it's great to see our members partake in events like this...nothing wrong with some side recruiting too lol.

"How may I help you?"
It has been sent up the Chain of Command. We are all discussing the possibilities.
I plan to do the event no matter what, but I'd enjoy seeing other TAW members take part, as well as a few special games on the TAW server to show off what we're capable of and we as a group offer. Charity fundraising plus recruiting sounds like a perfect package deal for this endeavor.
I'll get awfully bored soloing the entire 24 hours so having special TAW guests as well as other gaming friends join in the marathon would be fun and a nice break for me as well as providing non-stop entertainment for people to watch.
I like this idea. Our division has plenty of people on at all times of day we should be able to keep a squad constantly going, as well as swapping out players as needed.
Great idea however its way to late to start planning it now. I have helped run extra life streams for the past 3 years and I started my planning months ago. In order to do something on the scale of TAW and have it be a quality and good extra life stream would require months of planning. As you can see by the guidelines cherry linked it requires a lot of work to plan the event. Assuming you get through all the TAW related procedures you could probably pull off a division wide stream and stream it to TAWTV TAw's twitch channel. One thing I will just is don't just play PUBG for 24 hours have other things like at this goal we or someone will do this so that way its not just a 24 PUBG stream.
I think PUBG is a versatile enough game to manage a 24-hour stream. Jumping between solos, duos, squads, etc with different players/guests throughout should accommodate the madness that will ensue. Plus, it'll get real fun around hour 20 when I won't be able to distinguish between a far-off Dacia and a player.
