CiC Elections Approaching.

As Cherry mentioned in the front page blog, the CiC elections are fast approaching.

What does this mean for TAW?

It means that our beloved Doc, will have served as our Commander in Chief for 2 years as of Feb 7 2018.  And he's done a great job at it too.

But alas, the time comes, as does with any country, for us to look at appointing a new Commander in Chief.

The CiC Voting Procedures are clearly defined, so please take a few moments to read them so you clearly understand.  Then get ready, because this isn't like a regular campaign that you'd see someone running for office in the real world.  There will be nominees, there will be a short Q&A, and there will be voting.  Okay, so maybe it is like a real world election.....but the difference is, our nominees will have class.  There will be no mudslinging, no dirty tactics, and they will wait their turns to answer questions.  Questions that we, the members of TAW, will submit to be asked.

So please take the time to read the policies and procedures, and think of the questions you want to hear the nominees answer, because your voice matters.

What makes TAW special, as far as elections go, is we do not have campaigning. The candidates are not rivals in competition for the position of CiC, as other elections tend to be. We are above that, and handle the elections accordingly.

Geez time flies by quickly... I remember the last elections like it was yesterday, but still looking forward to this one! I'll get my hours to work overhours to get every bit of information shared around ;)
