Greetings All,
To whom would I address a request to transfer into PB?
I am presently in BF1 NA but have notified my CoC that I would like to transfer to PB, all I need now is someone in PB to address the request to.
Respectfully,
TxApostle
Greetings;
Typically, your CoC will push the request up the chain and take it from there if you’ve submitted it in email/via the TAW communication/messages system. This process is dependent on several folks. It can be very quick, or take a few days.
How is long ago did you submit the request? I would just reach out to your CoC and confirm that the request was submitted. I’m sure leadership will reach out promptly.

Hello TX, your CoC should handle the request entirely. The BF1 team are excellent and I'm sure they know what to do but if anyone has any issues then please have them contact me directly.
Thanks
Thank you everyone.
Special thanks to Rekon for pointing out the SO I should have read BEFORE I made this post.
Peace,
You're welcome. Knowing your Chain of Command and who you have to report to is very important. If you're ever unsure, ask one of the officers in your Division and they will be more than happy to direct you to the right person.

"How may I help you?"
Sending it to your XO/CO should be enough, unless I missed something the SO isn't part of the CoC

He meant the standing order :p
Now your really confusing me, he is supposed to ask for a transfer request, that goes true the CoC, which is SL-PL-CO-DC. what does the SO have to do with it is what i am asking because maybe something changed I missed... How ever what has the standing order to do with my post I dont get that?
The standing order explains that both Chain of Commands need to be fully notified and should both agree on a transfer. Simply because too often a dual membership arrives and causes issues on the website.
When the member TxApostle said the abbreviation SO, he was pointing out the Standing Order. The Staff Officer is not a part of this post at all (other than you bringing it up).
Hope that clears up your confusion.
EDIT: I just noticed Rekon mentioned something about contacting the Staff Officer only just now. In theory contacting the Staff Officer isn't wrong, according to the Staff Officer desciription #4 - Manage members. I've seen plenty of places do it either way. Either going through SO first or straight to the CO... I guess it really differs from Unit to Unit, really. This does make me think if it isn't necessary to agree upon a more unified way of doing this...
Doesn't really matter guys. The member just needs to contact his COC and his transfer will be sent. I think we are going too much to the science of it. When in doubt, think of the main purpose of it all, the member getting what he wants and his coc being aware of it and helping him out. Just wanted to say this.
Whether his SO is in the COC line or not, if he is contacted and informed, he can always assist him. It really doesn't matter. The member here might even contact a DI because he did not know and even he could assist him all the way from there in reality.
Thanks Rekon for giving him full info on the matter. Always appreciated.

I don't know why this chain is so long guys. If there are any issues please contact me directly. #lockthread #jobdone
Exactly my point Sorrow. Where are the locks at? Haha
Well its the forums, we are more than welcome to comment, give advise ask questions or what ever, and the input from everyone is a learning curve.
I do agree with Natalino as long as the job is done, how ever the unity of the CoC is already there and has never changed over the years. SL/PL/CO/DC/CC/AC/CIC.
Thanks atleast for clearing this all up.
Hope did get his transfer sorted.
