I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the warm welcome to TAW and to introduce myself! My gaming callsign is VomKriege, and I have created content using the pseudonym "Andrew Rall" for several gaming titles in the past. I look forward to meeting everyone and playing games alongside you in the future.
Background:
My gaming interests are quite diverse, but I find myself playing anything WWII related or otherwise Sci-fi focused. From FPS to Grand Strategy, I like to mix it up between titles that can both challenge my reflexes and also that watermelon on my shoulders. Games I play that you folks support are: Escape From Tarkov, War Thunder, World of Warships, Hearts of Iron, Arma, Battlefield, DCS and a few others.
I'm in my 40s (don't remind me), and have a few other hobbies that include flying, fishing and collecting WWII gear. I have also shown this unfortunate need to tune any car I drive past 400 horsepower much to the dismay of my wife (and my wallet). Over time, I have learned to keep the two Ws happy as much as humanly possible but such things are a work in progress. :)
I am fortunate to be a graduate of a US Military Academy, while on the civilian side I spent a few decades in marketing/advertising. From print collateral to app store content and voiceovers, I have had a ton of fun being paid to make other folks look interesting. Now I am enjoying partial retirement and trying to stay away from the daily grind.
