1 year have passed since Recruiting Division in TAW was established.
We have been working on gathering information from a lot of Divisions when it comes to recruiting forums, teqniques etc, and we still have people here to help you with your recruiting effort.
How, what and where?
How?: Ingame recruiting is the best way to get a new member in and play with you and your TAW friends.
What?: How do we recruit? well, you play in a random team, and when you see that your team is winning a game, you should tell them about TAW and why exactly YOU are the one who help out the team to win! You are a TAW member because you know how to establish teamwork in a match.
Where?: Your game have a lot of forums, steamposts etc, and that is where you want to represent your Division in the best way possible.
