Hello all.
I have hit a mile stone this week in my lifestyle change. On the 1st of Dec I decided it was time to start eating better food and go down a few sizes in my clothes.
This week I hit 4 stone 9 lbs off (around 30 Kg)and down to Medium tops. When I started I was at 17.1 (108 Kg) and on XXL tops.
My go to foods (batch cooking) have been chilli, slow cooker camp fire stew, bolognese pasta bake, chicken balti and chicken curry.
What foods do you find yourself eating a lot?

I also need to reduce my weight and size, I think I will go on a dieet of Rice with chicken, IDC if it helps,
What do you eat on a daily base?
I eat for breakfast at 6am two slices of wholemeal bread sometimes with beans, eggs and mushrooms or two weetabix, next snack is a apple or pear, lunch would be something like tuna more fruit and drink, next snack apple or pear, dinner I use a pasta bowl with 1/2 mixed veg then one off my batch cooked meals on top, two bars of slimming world biscuits and maybe a bar of chocolate later. One glass of milk and about 2 liters of water and various cups of tea.
Saturdays is day I eat takeouts and go off plan for the day.

morning: bread with boter, hagelslag and milk. 2 classes
13:00 dinner: aardappels, groente, vlees: kip, bief of worst
18:00 bread with boter, hageslag and milk 2x
that is my daily food.
they say hageslag is cancer. i dont know were they base that on to be honest so i keep eating it.
