Well, what's up TAW? It's been a while! Brave sent me an email and I thought I'd say hey to any old timers. You young bucks, just check out my bio! I was active from 2005 to 2015 and help set some of TAW foundations, that are still in place today. It was fun times!

Life has been good and I'm now a granddad to two boys and a girl is on her way next month! You all take care!

I tried to apply my token, but my privilege key is grayed out.

I wonder if that token got used prior, have you tried to generate a new token?

(edit 1: I realized that you said earlier that it asks for a password) Would it be helpful to have a password manager such as KeePass to store these passwords so in case something like this happens again you have it stored?
