Have you made a purchase from the TAW Shop in the last 6 - 12 months? Did you get a TAB for your dossier for it? Did you even know we had a form to fill out after every purchase you make from the Shop so we can issue you a TAB?
Not everyone reads Shop's full channel, where we always list the link to our current promotions. And just in case you happened to miss it or just plain forgot to fill it out, right now we're giving everyone who made a purchase from one of our Shops to fill out the Shop Verification Form and once a staff member verifies your purchase, we'll issue you a TAB for your dossier as our way of saying thanks. In the future, in Shop Channel (listed under Operations & MRC Corps), we will have something in our channel for you to click on and it will redirect you to our form.
