Hi,
We at Comms are looking to write an article about the Squad division and the game.
We were thinking an interview talking about being in the Squad division, Squad the game compared to other fps, and how the game builds on communication and team-effort.
Let me know if anyone wants to do it.
Regards,
Ras

Hey Ras, I'm the 1st Battalion (NA Batallion) TS. However you'd like to run this just let me know. I can speak to the mechanics of the game. I'm sure 2nd Battalion would also be happy to pitch in here.
It is definitely a team-based fps that relies heavily on microphone usage, as opposed to the typical 'run-and-gun' game. While those games do benefit tactical minds, this game also relies heavily on both strategy and tactics. Solid and quiet recon to identify where enemy spawns are being built, logistics for friendly supplies, squad-based structure to coordinate these principles, and an ear for working together are just parts of the strategy. And how each squad leader reads the games strategy leads into their own personal tactical decisions.
It's a very deep game, would be happy to discuss it with you.
Let me know, cheers.
