everytime the website auto signs out some days and when i wanna sign back in it says invalid i have to keep remaking a new password al teh bloody time

The fact that it boots you out and you have to relog every so often is normal - the fact that you have to change you entire password~ as Benji suggested, visit the support page.
Other than that, are you using a password logger? It might be you sign in with the same email on two platforms, e.g. Steam and TAW, but for both platforms your password is different, and so it updates the password every time you fill in the combo email + password. Too be honest, most browsers have this nailed down years ago, so I'm just guessing here...
This has been an issue for a couple of our newer recruits in the Squad Division as well.
if you're using a password manager to auto-fill (especially ones that auto-submit), try to delete the entry & make sure it remembers your nickname and not your email address as your username when you log in again.
If the issue remains, try to remember your password by heart (or note). If you're able to log in manually, you should be able to change the password manager entry to match the same username/password. If this still doesn't work, please raise a ticket here, thanks!
