It is with a heavy heart, I write this about Kartalu. A new member and a personal friend to some of those within New World NA Battalion. A tragic loss to both Kartalu's family and those around him he unfortunately passed away from complications of COVID-19 after being in ICU, shortly after his father a few days prior. Our deepest sympathies go out to all that knew him here in TAW and for those closest to his heart.
The Order of the Purple Heart is awarded and we kindly ask all members to leave a comment in memory of Kartalu. You will be sorely missed by all.
