Having links and text the same colour makes for a slightly annoying experience trying to find what parts of a page are interactive.

I would agree, if they could be changed to have a different colour or even underlined would be helpful.

Hard agree, please change it so we can tell where a link is without resorting to randomly clicking.
I agree, this fix best take part in the new taw website

Yea apologies, i know its not ideal. We are currently working on migrating the entire server to different hardware and are a bit preoccupied with getting that job done first.
The new look that I implemented for the website was a slight rush job since we wanted to have something out for Xmas, so I am well aware of some of its shortcomings.
It will at least be a few weeks, but I promise to have a look at it soon and rework some of the color scheme for text colors and other minor things that were missed in the change like the unit pages background color etc.
It's all a bit slow going since nothing is documented so i have to literally find the hex codes for the different elements of the page and then edit them in the css stylesheet.

Alright, glad to hear it will be worked on at some point. Thanks for letting us know!
Thanks for the update GanX!
Other than that GanX I think we are all really happy with TAW 3.0, kudos to you, Sam and your teams.
Alright, sorry for the long wait.
Link colors have now been changed. We went with something that has great contrast to the greys so it's easy to read but not too monotone hence the light blue color.
I have also color corrected the units page background which was still in the old olive/yellow ish tone.
If you are still seeing the old colors then its because the page is cached in your browser. The easiest way to fix that is to simply reload the page by using Ctrl + F5.
There are a few other places where i need to color correct some clickable links, but this should have done the trick for the majority.
Looks great

Makes the world of difference. Thank you! =]
quick bug report/suggestion. blogs have the blue color only when you've never clicked on them, then they revert to green.
a fix would be to make the link text the same green. This would also keep it in line with the previous color conventions of the website.
