Greetings everyone
This thread is the follow up guide on the Discord message i just sent out.
If you don't know what this is about, then please read the announcement on Discord. Long story short, we are experiencing problems with Gmail flagging emails that pass through our relay system (sending directly to someone, for example ganx@taw.net) as SPAM. We are working to resolve the issue but this may take some time. I have therefore created this guide to enable anyone using Gmail to create a filter that will ensure no TAW.net emails will land in the spam folder.
These are the steps:
1. Click the "cogwheel" in the top right corner while in gmail.2. Click "See all settings"3. Click "Filters and Blocked Addresses"4. Click "Create new filter"5. In "Has words" type "taw.net"6. Click "Create Filter"7. Select "Never send it to spam"8. Click "Create Filter" again
I hope that this message finds you all well and that you can use it to cut through some of the unfortunate red tape that we are currently experiencing. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Deadpool
The best explanation i can offer at this point is that the spam issue will only happen when something gets sent through us as a relay. You can obviously circumvent this by sending directly to the persons email instead of the @taw.net address like you pointed out yourself. Another option would be to use the built in PM feature on the website. Notifications and emails sent by the website itself will not be flagged as spam because its sent from A to B and does not pass through any relay which would be A to B to C if that makes sense.
I am still working to resolve the issue entirely, but there is sadly a decent wait time when contacting Google.
Thanks for the help with the workaround. Much appreciated.
