Hey, myself and about 3 or 4 other Hell Let Loose EU based players are looking to run a multiplayer game for Victoria 3 shortly after its release late October.
We will be hoping to implement some role playing diplomacy and run a fun immersive experience rather than a min-maxing play through.

I wasn't even aware they were making another Victoria game. I tried to play 2 some years ago but the ui was to outdated and couldn't get into it. Let me know when you are planning playing and if I can make that time I'll come play.
