Not fully try, it's pinging against a worthless server. If I IP ping it to my connection it is 35/3. Then again my GF is hogging the net with Rift so could be that also :P

EDIT* My GF is playing Rift AND downloading Diablo 3..... Will post later when she has gone to bed xD

My upload and download is TRASH but meh.

I'll give to speed tests for my own, since I don't tthink it's fair when my closest server is in the same city. Also it varies from time to time (goes up to 100 in my city)

Also I would like to point out that I was doing some system updates during this test. So Rome might go up to ~26 normally

Terrible... And it fluctuates DL speed between 14mb/s down to 8mb/s... I'm 2 blocks too far from having fiber optic service giving 75up/75down.  :(

Challenge: Find someone with a better connection than me :P
