Dear community,

This is Ari again and I am proud to announce you that the next TAW real life meeting is on its way!

Most of you don’t know me yet since I am only in TAW for about 3 months (and I love it).

I am SL in the LL3 division and realized that there are tons of Dutch speaking people around, so I thought myself, as I help my dad organizing and setting up events already, that we should organize another TAW-Wide RL meeting upcoming summer break, which will be located in the southern part of the Netherlands.

After making several (hard) decisions, but also getting some brilliant ideas, we still yet don’t have all of the information we need to organize this event. This is where I need you guys to fill in the poll attached to this message, this poll will be closed February 10th.

Once this is filled in, I can plan the event and get the right people involved in helping me so, I definitely won’t be able to do this on my own. Any sort of help, or ideas, are very welcome and may be either posted in this topic, sent to me by mail/pm or communicated to me in TeamSpeak, where I am usually to be found in the League of Legends EUW division (evening or weekend only).

Additional to this, I would like to keep a meeting Friday, January 4th and 11th at 21:00 CET, may be extended if ideas keep flowing.

This is a sort of brainstorming meeting, so whoever has any ideas how to make this awesome event more awesomer , feel free to drop by in my meeting channel. (III Corps Command > League of Legends > Battalion 3 EUW > NL TAW Meeting 2013).

Please keep in mind that we won’t tolerate any stupid/immature behaviour, trolls, overly much sarcasm, screaming, crying, etc… also that we won't be able to fulfil every wish. ;-)

In short: just behave or you will be moved out, already hired a doorguard ;)

For people that are considering coming, here is some core information about the event:

- Don’t forget: EVERYONE is welcome, not only Dutch/Belgian, but please bear in mind that the majority will be Dutch-speaking, but the more, the jollier.

The only requirement is being over 18, because we don't want to be responsible if anything happens to an underaged on (the way to) this event. If you are 16/17 please send me a PM with your parents allowance which states that we won't be responsible if anything happens, signed and scanned in, included with telephone number where i can reach your parents. IDs will be checked.

- The event will be located in Breda, there are a lot of connections for public transportation where I even may get reduction on Fyra if enough people are interested.

- The date of this will provisionally be July 13-14th incl. stay over for whoever wants to, must provide own sleeping bag/matrass etc.. Might be changed to later (probably summer holidays) if there are many requests to do so, but I would like to avoid this since I would like to keep the temperature cool depending on where we will be.

- We are thinking of renting a hall, where we could organize tournaments and different kinds of entertainment like live music, other ideas are very welcome on our meeting which has been mentioned above. Again, this depends on the amount of people expected. If the budget allows it we might even get a couple of stands for foods and drinks.

- You can get your own customized T-shirt with your TAW nickname and awesome design for an affordable price, to remember this event of the year forever (or as long as you decide to keep the T).

- If you think you can contribute to this event ( perform with a band, light/sound technician, first aid/security, setting up everything, organisation/planning etc) Please send me a pm or write a comment below :)
