Yes, it is coming to the playstation 4, I did kind of see this coming. They have been hinting at this as they have been wanting to do something for consoles.
Thats gonna look.. really weird. I don't think I'll like it though. I prefer consoles for first person shooters :P
PS3 and PS4, they already have a running version on the PS3 so most likely it wont be long until release. I hope they make it so that if you buy it for PS3 you get it for PS4 too.
