The idea is cool, but the execution didn't do anything for me. I have more questions then you answered.

If you were to list all our supported games, and had a 3 second segment of trailers from said games, You would have a full length video on its own. We literally play a lot of games, and we have the member base to support them.

I feel, at least for a 'general' recruitment video (not a game specific one), you should ask yourself some questions, and then answer them within the video.

Ideally, you need to answer the one big question: Who is TAW? That's what the video needs to describe to the audience.

If you wanted to include game footage, try looking at some of our games. Which ones are the big leagues (the ones who draw in the most members) Which ones are up-and-coming? One issue, that can occur with this, is you highlight one game and not another. So someone from DotA2 will feel shafted when you show LoL footage. Its a hard call to make, when you try to portray the fact we have nearly 35 games supported.

You can explain to people we have over 2,000 members. Total. As a whole. In fact I think we might be around 2,300 or so (2,337 if you want to be technical). You can elaborate we are not a small community and we have been around for 11 years. However, that dose not explain our community, who we are, and what we want to achieve.

So I would look into trying to answer the question "Who is TAW?" You have 2,300 people to ask. Interview them, talk to our CiC, talk to some DC's and some PFC's. A lot of us have been here for more then 5 years, some of us are brand new. Answer the big question, then make a video about it. After all, that's what cinematography tries to do.
