I was looking on the internet to find a community in which to play in a friendly enviroment and when checking through a forum for ArmA2:OA i heard about you guys and decided to check it out.Currently I just did a factory reset on my computer, and upgraded to Windows 7,
Also on the side im learning C/C++, C# but would love any tips anyone has to offer
Trying to help create/develop maps as well, just started with using ArmA2/OA and trying different things out, but usually ill use UT2004 editor or Neverwinter Nights
Games Usually played: Starcraft2, ArmA2/OA, TF2, Red Orchesta:Ostfront 41-45, League of Legends, and every now and then Hellgate London
SC2 name: Xephin
Steam: either Kouartbenju or Xephin

Hi Xephin and welcome to TAW. I did a lot of content creation using the NWN2 editor/system too. Since I found the Arma 2 editor, I've been obsessed. We're starting up a development team, and if you have time, and interest, you should talk to NoCents about it. (He's the Division Officer of Arma division.) If you have specific questions, please feel free to shoot them my way.

Only C++/C# advice you'll ever need --> ALWAYS annotate your code and modularize EVERYTHING so you can steal it to reuse in a project later. These will save you hours if not days later on.
