Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

So true, people mindset is wrong  the are scared to lose so the play defensive which will result in a bad ending.

My problem to but i'm working on it.

Dune.. easily my favorite sci fi book of all time.

I'm in the middle of reading 'The machine Crusade' at the moment. It is written by his (Frank Herbert's) son and friends, it's amazing!

I'll have to check that out. It's strange how Frank Herbert and J.R.R. Tolkien's sons ended up taking over the series.

I'm really enjoying "The Book of the New Sun" by Gene Wolf. Easily in my top 3 scifi/fantasy series (after LOTR and GOT)
