Right now our focus is the league. We do have plans for more competitive environment, but it will be in the future

Community teams within the TS.

So I am pretty new to the community for Overwatch and I just about had my first night of goodness.

I've noticed there is only channels for in house league teams so far but also noticed people have there SR next to their name. Im sure there is a reason for this but I figured why isn't there community based teams for people seeking to promote a SR based team for SR in comp.

I am 110% committed to being a community member as such but I was a little surprised to see that their isn't really any community based teams based on SR. I cant really see this impacting the in house league teams in anyway, including any form of event considering we have a lot of varations in SR.

EU OW Battalion has a high influx of players and would love this to be a thing going forward upon request providing it follows for long term progression. This can benefit all OW TaW members looking to reach a higher SR instead of going solo or joining official OW discord channel/ other community channels who do have these facilities.

It wouldn't be hard to implement providing their is a pre requirement of 2 looking to establish a team of the current SR requests. (which could be later on edited in the channel for SR progression)

It is important to me if this is something that will be a thing going forward.
