Greetings and salutations fellow RPG enthusiasts It is I Dungeon Master ChiaphasCaine!
For all you would be adventurers I will be trying to get a group started with only TAW members for D&D 5th edition in a setting of my own creation and using Roll20.
If you think that you have what it takes to venture into a world where magic mixes with gunpowder and scheming politicians makes pacts with monsters, then you want to be on TS at 15:00 GMT on Sunday the 23rd of August.
What I'll go through on the meeting is:
What makes my setting different.
Party size and composition.
Character creation specific to the setting.
Schedual for the scessions.
Of course I will be more then happy to answer any questions that pop up.
Don't be fearfull if you have not played D&D before as 5e is quick to get into and I am not new to teaching new players either.
If you have played before and would like to come along then please do as the only hard limit I have is how big a group I can run.
Will you brave the path of the adventurer or will you just encourage violence?
sounds good but the time may not work for me will have to try to figer out what time that is for me and such but i would like to get in to another D&D game
I'd like to join, although I've never played a D&D game before, only White Wolf, so excuse me please if I ask an abundance of stupid questions
I'm very interested as well.. I haven't played D&D in forever. I used to play table top, but that was over a decade ago, original rules.

So judging from the fact that the only person to turn up to the meeting was HazBot I am wondering if the meeting time was bad or if people just don't want to get into this adventure.
Currently I have two people that have confirmed they actually want to play but I need more to make the group viable.
If I get some more feedback here on the forums we might just get a group working but I wont schedule a time for a meeting untill I have enough of you interested.

Not played any of the new 5th stuff, but play a lot of Pathfinder.
Had to put my RL Pathfinder group on hold tho due to moving house and what not, so not sure if I will have the time.

we tryed to get roll 20 as part of taw once before it sadly seemed to hit and miss but it realy should be i think
I didn't attend the meeting because of a poor experience I had. I apologize. I'm very interested in playing D&D though, even if I'm not part of TAW
still interested as well, missed the meeting before cs my kid kept me hostage at the playground

I'll keep checking this thread to know if you've figured out a new date, the other day didn't work for me either sadly.
On a similar note, are any of you thinking of getting Sword Coast Legends? That might be something TAW could actually start something with.
