The Divisin Launch Times.

It's officially confirmed. The servers for the Division will activate on March 8, 00:01 AM AEDT (Which is 8 AM EST on March 7th, 1 PM UTC/GMT). Players will be able to access the game then. However, Digital owners of the game in the US will have to wait until March 8, 00:01 am EST to be able to access the game, on all three consoles. 

Pre-load times are as follows:

Xbox One:

• Starts today, March 2nd

PC (Steam and Uplay) : 

• March 4th, 4 am in Australia (AEDT)
• March 3rd, 6 pm in Central Europe (CET)
• March 3rd, 5 pm in UK (GMT)
• March 3rd, 12 pm in Eastern US
• March 3rd, 9 am in Western US

Playstation 4:

• March 6th, 00:01 am Local Time
• Japan - March 8th, at 00:01 am

No problem. Kinda sad about the whole playing late thing, but oh well, Australians deserve it, having ti stand up with slow internet and dangerous spiders at every corner

EU just changed time by 5 hours. They will be playing in under 2 hours from now. I'll probably VPN and start playing as well. Will report back here if it works.
