Sorry for the double post.How long does it usually take for the avatar request to be done when requested via the new form? It's been more than 3 weeks now since I've sent it but I've received no response so far.

That's the problem, the message and the attachment should be redirected to my registered e-mail; only they didn't. I've got no response, it's not in my spam emails either.
