For some players, navigating the menus while in Headquarters is causing the game to freeze. If this happens to you, you’ll need to restart the game.
We're investigating an issue that's causing PC players to encounter DirectX errors, generally including DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG.
We're working to fix instances where some players aren't getting Supply Drops they've earned for ranking up their Soldier.
Workaround: In some cases, this is the result of a general connectivity issue that occurs when opening a Supply Drop. Try restarting the game then checking your inventory for your Supply Drop items.
Some players are being presented with multiple pop-up screens stating "Unable to connect to host."
Workaround on PC: If you experience this, hit Enter and Escape to leave the game, then try playing again.

We're working to fix an issue where Twitch rewards appear to be stuck in your Mail slots. This is a graphical error; the content has been delivered.
We're working to fix an issue where some players new to Call of Duty: WWII are unable to select their first Division in Multiplayer.
Some players are not receiving Supply Drops associated with the Twitch Prime promotion.
Be sure to look for your Supply Drops at the Mail vendor in Headquarters.

We're investigating an issue that's causing some players to get kicked from Nazi Zombies while in splitscreen.
We're working to resolve an issue where players aren't able to access Supply Drops they've earned after matches.
We're investigating instances where players are getting suspended from Ranked Play while in the lobby or right after a match is completed.
We're investigating an issue that is causing some players' rank to drop after winning a Ranked Play match.
The following issues were fixed or are considered closed.
Players should no longer see a Green Star next to Dossier and Calling Cards even though there are no new Calling Cards to view.
We've resolved an issue where some players were seeing an Abandon Orders prompt for orders they wanted to Accept.
Some players are unable to join another player through an invite and receive a message stating "You need to select a Division first."
What should I do?Be sure that the person inviting you has Party Privacy set to Open. To change Party Privacy, go to the PARTY filter in the Social tab, then open the Party Options menu on the right and set Party Privacy to Open.
We've found that some players who receive this message played their first Multiplayer as the second player in splitscreen. Join a non-splitscreen Multiplayer match where you are the primary player and you should be able to select a Division.
We've fixed an issue that presented a black screen to players while loading into a multiplayer match.
We’ve resolved issues that were causing some players to get stuck as a Spectator when loading into a new match.
We've resolved issues with data populating into leaderboards.

I redeemed a code for the Multiplayer Upgrade but never received the Prestige Unlock Token.– All platforms
If you didn't receive your Prestige Unlock Token, choose your platform to contact us.

If you receive a "Disc read error common_mp" error message, you will need to verify the integrity of your game files through Steam.
I opened a Supply Drop and nothing happened.– All platforms
We've fixed an issue where nothing appeared when opening a Supply Drop even though you received your Supply Drop items.

We've fixed an issue where players weren't receiving rewards for leveling up their Social Rank.
We've fixed an issue that was kicking players from matches and lobbies.
We've fixed a graphical error that where content items collected from the Mail vendor appeared to be stuck in your Mail slots.
We've fixed the issue that was resetting classes after players equipped a weapon variant.
We're resolved recent issues causing players to receive Error Code 5.
You should no longer experience errors when opening Supply Drops. However, your inventory may not immediately point to new items being added and some items could take some time to appear in inventory.

I'm experiencing long load times when going to Headquarters.– All platforms
We've released enhancements that should reduce the time it takes to load into Headquarters.
PC players have the option of loading the game without entering Headquarters. To do this, follow the steps in the Call of Duty: WWII PC Troubleshooting Guide.
I've lost ranks and stats.– All platforms
We've fixed an issue that was causing some of you to lose ranks or stats.
If you still feel you've lost ranks or stats, please choose your platform to contact us.
You should no longer experience freezes at the end of matches. If a post-match freeze does occur, you'll need to completely restart the game.
Issues surrounding Orders and Contracts have been resolved.
If you're still having a problem picking up new Orders or Contracts, or you can't redeem completed Orders or Contracts, please choose your platform below to contact us.
We've resolved an issue that was causing disconnections during matches or immediately after matches.
If you get disconnected from a match, you can simply re-enter the Multiplayer lobby and play again. Be sure to also check out our guide to Connecting to a Call of Duty: WWII Game.
I redeemed a code but haven't received the content in game.– Xbox One
Xbox One players who did not receive digital pre-order bonus content after redeeming a code can now pick up these items from the Mail vendor in Headquarters.
