Time for another round of PUBG! This time grab a friend!

TAW Wide PUBG tournament, who is hyped?

Tournament Info

As can be seen above we are kicking of November with a bang! The 9th of November we will gather at 8 PM CEST / 2 PM EST

and compete over the title of TAWs best PUBG DUO players! You don't want to miss this! 

You don't own PUBG, no worries! We will be covering all the action on TAWTV!

Rules

• There will be three matches played, each starting after the previous finish. 


• These three matches will be played on Erangel, Sanhok and Vikendi. (One on each)  


• The points will be counted at the end of each match and then the player with the highest number of points at the end of the three matches will be the winner of the tournament.


• Any disconnections before the start of the match will be brought back in via restart of set match. After the match started it will carry on and will not be restarted. 


• If a dispute appears during the tournament it should be brought to the PUBG staff and in private to not disturb the other players of the tournament.


• All participating members keep the TAW Code of Ethics in mind at all times while participating.

Should you have any questions about the event, please direct your inquiries to one of those members. 

Keep in mind to download any updates before the tournament starts, so delays will be a minimum.

PUBG Tournament Format

Common Match Settings:

• Server region: NA/EU

• Team: 2 man teams

• Game mode: First Person (FPP)
  
  

1. No show

   
   

   1. If a participant cannot play at the scheduled start time, we will remove the team from participating in the tournament (Any team mate can of course still be paired up with someone else).




2. Map Pick

   
   

   1. All games will be played on the previously specified maps. Teams do not pick or ban maps.




3. Tiebreaker

   
   

   1. In case of a tie in the results the first tiebreaker will be average placement of the teams during the latest round.

   
   

   2. In case they still tie the second tiebreaker will be amount of kills.

   
   

   3. If still tied the winner will be put up to a 1v1 match in War mode with all weapons allowed.




4. Results

   
   

   1. All results will be input by PUBG Staff. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result and file a protest.
      You can do that by talking to the PUBG staff.




5. Ranking points

   
   

   1. Each kill is worth 75 points. Placement points are visible in the table below:

Hmm, I may have to reinstall PUBG. I don't want to miss out on any action.

If it has been awhile since you have played, it has had several changes. Pretty fun.

Yeah they added a lot of quality of life updates and more fun content so great time to give it another shot! Talisac, some difficult criterias right there ^^

I've signed up for this but i won't be back from loa I'm sure i can get couple of hrs to play a tournament 

Lets not forget about the tournament today in 7 hours and 25 min from now! All participants will be awarded a tab as well

Apologize about the confusion, I made the post before the timezone change, the start time is 8 PM CET so in 1 hour and 30 min from now.

Tournament was fun today. Had a blast getting the snot shot out of me. Sorry Sluggerr for you having to carry so much weight. 

Looking forward to the next tournament and you all will see my A game. It is not much different then the game I brought today though, just more sass.
