For reinstatement, you would need to contact the DC & DO of the EFT Division (if that's the division you wish to return to).
To do so, send an email to dimitrion@taw.net & StarDog@taw.net. make sure to include a link to your dossier. It's the TFO's (DC & DO) who do reinstatements.
