Hey guys! I'm so looking forward to finally play this...until they released the minimum requirements..... now I'm worried that it won't run well, even on low settings.

I was hoping that one of you have more computer knowledge to tell me if my rig could potentially run this game, or I shouldn't bother and save for better hardwares...

My rig:

Display - Nvdia GTX 980 Ti

Processor - Intel i5 6600K CPU @ 3.5 GHz

Motherboard - ASUS Z170

Printer - WF-2865

Much appreciated Smile

I dunno man, that printer can't refresh your image fast enough I'm afraid, might wanna upgrade.

But your PC should be fine to run 60fps 1080p Ultra if you compare it with BFV. If you can spend the cash you might want to upgrade to have 12 to 16GB RAM total or add an SSD if you already didn't - it might help if lead-times, pop-ins or stutters, generally keep things a bit more stable, but nothing groundbreaking.

What monitor do you use and at what resolution? How much RAM do you have? What storage devices? As mentioned, you should be ok if you have at least 16GB of RAM and plenty of room on an SSD.

You could also get a decent boost by upgrading your CPU, as a 6700k/7700k can be had for pretty cheap now. You could get further improvement by overclocking your 6600k, or an i7 upgrade, depending on your cooling.

My monitor is Asus MG278, so 1440p @ 144hz, RAM is at 16GB, I got a ST1000 and Samsung SSD 950.

I think ive always had problems with cooling ngl. I think in overwatch backing some years ago my pc was at a constant 70 C  hahah....

At 1440p your GPU is likely to be the bottleneck I would suspect, though I am not sure. What cooler are you using now on your CPU?

70C is fine, as long as that is not at idle. You'll be able to play at 1440p still, just don't be surprised if you have to lower the settings to up to medium.

Yeah 70C should be fine for load, considering you are on the stock cooler. You could always install a better cooler though, this would help with temps for sure.
