Transition over to discord.

Hey Everyone, 

So the last few weeks has been a busy one for the Escape From Tarkov division as we have finally moved over to discord for communications and text based information sharing, Including the closing of channels on TeamSpeak and also our old divisional discord, Honestly we couldn't of done it at a better time as the game as just wiped and new members have been coming in and also old members returning so therefore putting the DI's to challenges which they haven't had to to experience yet.

There is still loads of work to be done to allow it run smoothly but with the addition of Event reminders this will help a lot. I have been a huge advocate for the move to discord before I became DO for Escape From Tarkov and I have had the same opinion that the move to discord would be a huge step forward for the division and EU had their first mandatory last night and the turn out was great! 

So if you have Tarkov and are looking to join games make sure to check us out on the Discord we will make sure to help you as best as we can.

Thanks! Just hope it keeps continuing to grow, Still had 10 people AWOL and 5 Excused from that one! Just keep hoping the growth continues. Will be nice to have decent numbers again.

Personally i support the move to discord for all divisions. Because after a while alot of people disconnect from the community. If you have everyone in one place it brings everyone together and helps prevent some of the disconnect. Good job on the success yall are having in ETF !

Great news, grats guys!

I remember when EFT showed everyone how to recruit with over 500 members at one point.  Glad to see they are back at it trailblazing.

Thanks everyone, It's always difficult to recruit for a game which has such a temperamental output of content but discord has made it so much easier. I'm just surprised we don't see more games do the same to be honest.

But looking forward into the future of the game we are looking to see the much anticipated first iteration of streets of tarkov which will be huge for us! So hopefully the numbers keep rising

This is really great to see the initiative taken on your guys part also awesome to see some early success.  There will surely be some hiccups along the way and I look forward to watching you all help pave the path to its success!
