I simply can't do anything in ZvZ, I have tried almost everything: cheese, macro, early push, zergling baneling, roach, roach, hydra.
No matter what I do I always lose.
I don't get it I have almost a 100 procent winrate vs protoss and Terran, but when it comes to zerg I have 10 procent.
back in the day of Wings of Liberty, I would just go 15 pool then expand into roach hydra infestor, it would always crush Zergling baneling muta, however it seems like Mutas are just too imbalanced in this matchup now, I don't know if they got a buff in the last patches or something, but my 2 2 Hydras gets facestomped by Mutalisks, even though I have a huge advantage in my hydra supply.
So I would like some help to deal with ZvZ, I guess any metagame builds don't work anymore, so I am left like a huge questionmark when I lose.
Hello there fellow zerg. Pls let us know what league are you and if i can i`ll play some zvz with you. Atm from what i see it`s hard to play something else then mutalisk and win until hitting masters. Hydralisks need 2 things against a mutalisk players: a good roach buffer to take dmg from lings and infestor support. Otherwise ling/bling mutas will kill hydras almost all the time for the simple reason that hydralisks will target ground units over air so while the hydralisks focus on killing lings mutalisk will focus hydralisks. Also it`s very important for the roach/hydra player to get their third up. Anyway if you`re diamond or lower feel free to add me in game Majoris.314
