In modern day Needle Chest Decompressions are not normally needed. The only time I had to perform one was when the pneumothorax occurred over hours. If you are planning to be without advanced care for more then two hours get the training on how to use one. Otherwise, train on how to apply tourniquets, dressings, and just general how to stop the bleeding

I actually have a similar issue. I cannot run all my RAM sticks because the 2700x will not run four sticks of RAM. My system would not even turn on; only the one LED light on my MOBO would light and nothing else would come on.
